Customer support employee for e-mail ticket processing (m/f/d)

International Brands Online GmbH is a fashion company that is fully verticalised between the online market and production and is responsible for and maps the entire process chain, from design to end customer logistics. With a range of own brands, IBO supplies both Germany and various European countries with fashionable products for different target groups.

Your tasks

  • Professional processing of customer enquiries by e-mail
  • Managing, tracking and responding to open customer enquiries in the Marketplace ticket systems and in the e-mail service account.
  • Clarification and resolution of customer concerns in first and second level support in co-operation with the responsible departments.
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and friendly communication, including passing on opportunities for improvement.

Your profile

  • Ideally experience in customer support or a similar position (entry as a career changer also possible)
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Confident handling of MS Office and experience with ticket systems an advantage
  • High service orientation and reliability
  • Independent and organised way of working
  • Very good written and spoken German
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Ability to work in a team and flexibility
