Your tasks
- Professional processing of customer enquiries by e-mail
- Managing, tracking and responding to open customer enquiries in the Marketplace ticket systems and in the e-mail service account.
- Clarification and resolution of customer concerns in first and second level support in co-operation with the responsible departments.
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and friendly communication, including passing on opportunities for improvement.

Your profile
- Ideally experience in customer support or a similar position (entry as a career changer also possible)
- Excellent written communication skills
- Confident handling of MS Office and experience with ticket systems an advantage
- High service orientation and reliability
- Independent and organised way of working
- Very good written and spoken German
- Structured and independent way of working
- Ability to work in a team and flexibility
